Refund Policy

We do not accept returns unless

  • • the product you purchased is defective,
  • • wrong product is sent,
  • • product was spoiled during shipment.

As we deal with daily fresh fish and products, our promise to customers is "We are Fresh, or we are Free." This allows our customers to raise any quality concerns within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Upon return of the products, we initiate to refund the value of the returned product to the original payment method at the same day or credit to the Customer's store credit, which can be used in future orders with,( THE CHOPSHOP LLC)

Any complaints received after 24 hours of the product's delivery will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
